Valley City (CSi) The Barnes County Sheriff’s office is informing the public of a High Risk Sex Offender living in the county.

Robert Joseph Schultz  (aka Joe Schultz) is a High Risk Sex Offender, a life time registrant, now living at 230 2nd Street in Eckelson, North Dakota.

Barnes County court documents, list Schultz as convicted of “Abuse & Neglect of a Child”  in Barnes County District Court on August 31,2011.  He was convicted of “Contributing to the Deprivation of a Minor” on August 31, 2011 in Barnes County District Court. He was also convicted on that date of “Use of Minor in a Sex Performance” also in Barnes County District Court.

Schultz was convicted in Jefferson County, Colorado on December 22, 1997 of Sexual Assault on a Child.
