gaspump1BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – The average retail price of a gallon of gasoline in the Dakotas has crept back above the $2 mark.
 
     GasBuddy.com reports that the average price in North Dakota has risen nearly 11 cents per gallon in the past week, to $2.08. In South Dakota, the average price has risen about the same, to $2.02.
 
     Officials cite rising oil prices and worries about worker strikes at refineries.
 
     The national average increased nearly 13 cents per gallon over the week, to $2.17. But that’s still more than $1.10 cheaper than last year at this time.
