healthcareprosValley City  (CSi)  Valley City State University’s Health Services, with support from Essentia Health and Sanford Health, will sponsor the VCSU Health Fair on Wednesday, March 4, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The public is welcome to attend.

The health fair will be held on the VCSU campus in the Student Center hallway, upper-level lounge and Skoal Room.

The goals of the health fair are to motivate participants to make positive health behavior changes and increase awareness of local health services and resources by providing health screenings, activities, materials, demonstrations and information, according to Pat Egeberg, VCSU director of Student Health Services and Worksite Wellness coordinator.

Participants will be able to obtain free samples and literature, register for door prizes, do fitness testing and blood pressure monitoring, and receive a free massage.

The VCSU Health Fair is open to members of the Valley City State and general public free of charge.
