New hunting licenses start Apr 1

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – With the beginning of April comes the need for some new hunting and fishing licenses in North Dakota.

The state Game and Fish Department is reminding outdoors enthusiasts that anglers, trappers and spring light goose hunters all need new licenses starting April 1. They’re good through next March.

Licenses can be purchased online at the Game and Fish website, <http://www.gf.nd.gov/> .
