U Text. U Pay in April.<\/p>\n<p>According to the North Dakota Department of Transportation, a total of 370 citations were attributed to the added patrols. Of those citations, 141 were issued for distracted driving, 44 for speeding, 40 for no seatbelt, 13 suspended\/revoked licenses, eight warrants served and one felony arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Several statewide agencies participated in the effort including the Jamestown Police Department. Just because extra patrols are wrapped up, doesn\u2019t mean you can still text and drive. Jamestown Sgt.
