The joint session will convene at 1 p.m. The public is invited to attend. Doors to the Chamber will open at 12:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Members of the media are asked to wear a yellow media pass to ensure admittance into the House Chamber. To receive a pass, please stop by the Governor\u2019s Office on the ground floor.
