Tom Herzig\u00a0 reports, \u00a0Erstad&#8217;s vehicle \u00a0rear-ended Geier&#8217;s, connecting both vehicles. Geier was able to maintain control, slowing and stopping on the south shoulder of the road.<\/p>\n<p>Erstad was transported by ambulance to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n<p>He has been charged with following to close.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown Police Department and Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office assisted at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The accident remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a\u00a046 year old Harwood man was injured late Thursday afternoon,\u00a0after rear-ending a vehicle eastbound on I-94 near mile marker 257 at Jamestown.
