Levi Guthmiller<\/a> was seen driving the white 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, by a Task Force officer in an unmarked vehicle, who recognized Guthmiller, who had an outstanding warrant for driving under suspension. \u00a0The vehicle fled the officer, running stop signs and driving in a reckless manor.<\/p>\nThe agencies were unable to make a stop.\u00a0As of Thursday afternoon, Guthmiller and the vehicle have not be located. \u00a0Kaiser says Guthmiller faces charges.<\/p>\n

Jamestown (CSi) Local law enforcement reported a busy past couple of days.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday afternoon, Jamestown Police reported that an officer was assaulted by a male following a traffic stop, under\u00a0 suspicion of driving with a suspended license, on First Avenue South. The unidentified man reportedly was not injured,\u00a0 and\u00a0 arrested, the officer received minor injuries.<\/p>\n
Then on Wednesday afternoon, Jamestown Police, the Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office and North Dakota Highway Patrol, sought a car reportedly stolen earlier in the day, which was spotted by law enforcement being driven in Jamestown.<\/p>\n
The driver allegedly was driving with a suspended license.<\/p>\n
The agencies were unable to make a stop.<\/p>\n
