{"id":104449,"date":"2016-09-27T11:00:41","date_gmt":"2016-09-27T16:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=104449"},"modified":"2016-09-27T11:59:02","modified_gmt":"2016-09-27T16:59:02","slug":"convicted-sex-offender-working-in-jmst-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=104449","title":{"rendered":"Convicted sex offender changes address"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MartinezRamonJr.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-106248\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MartinezRamonJr-300x202.jpg\" alt=\"MartinezRamonJr\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MartinezRamonJr-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MartinezRamonJr-260x175.jpg 260w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MartinezRamonJr.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents of a convicted sex offender who has changed addresses in the City of Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>Ramon Martinez, Jr.,is now\u00a0 living at 1809 4th Ave, SW, Jamestown, ND<\/p>\n<p>His vehicle is a dark green 1997 Mercury Mountaineer, ND license:\u00a0 684AEK.<\/p>\n<p>He is a 37 year old male, five feet six inches tall, and 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.<\/p>\n<p>He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>He has been convicted of Corrupt\/Solicitation of a minor involving a 15 year old girl at his Fargo residence.<\/p>\n<p>Convicted in December of 2007 in Cass County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition, five years, one year suspended, 10 years supervised release.<\/p>\n<p>He has been convicted of Corrupt \/Solicitation of a minor providing alcohol to a 16 year old girl and then had sex with her.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted in October of 2001 in Richland County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition, one year-359 days suspended for one year.<\/p>\n<p>He is currently on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation, is on GPS monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>Martinez is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n<p>This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n<p>Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>Printed handouts of the demographics of Ramon Martinez, Jr., are available at the Jamestown Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>More information on registered sex offenders is available at the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s web site: www.sexoffender.nd.gov<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents of a convicted sex offender who has changed addresses in the City of Jamestown.
