It would be 300 megawatts, and it would be called the \u201cGlacier Ridge Wind Farm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prairie Public Radio reports the wind farm\u00a0 would be on 34,450 acres about five miles northeast of Valley City. And it would consist of up to 87 turbines.<\/p>\n<p>North Dakota Public Service Commissioner Brian Kalk says the PSC just received the application.<\/p>\n<p>The company wants to start construction by November.
