News (Jan 1, 2013) &#8212; The Jamestown Police Department is warning Jamestown Residents of a convicted sex offender living in Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>The report says, Matthew Alan Jasmann is residing at 1213 11 Street Southeast, Apartment #3, in Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>He drives a white 1993 Chevrolet K2500, with North Dakota license plate DAR 293.<\/p>\n<p>He is a 32 year old white male 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 175 pound with blue eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n<p>Jasmann has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee, of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Jasmann has been convicted to Gross Sexual Imposition, engaging in various sexual acts with numerous girls 13-17 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Additional charges were dismissed in return for Jasmann\u2019s guilty plea to the charges.<\/p>\n<p>The conviction date was December 21, 2001 in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>The disposition was 10 years with 2 years suspended, with supervised probation.<\/p>\n<p>Jasmann was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition\u2026when he was 12 years old Jasmann had sex with a 10 year old girl, and her younger sister.<\/p>\n<p>The conviction date was March 12, 1994 in Stutsman County Court.<\/p>\n<p>The disposition was 18 months with juvenile services.<\/p>\n<p>Jasmann s not wanted by police at this time, and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n<p>This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor, should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n<p>Attempts to harass, intimidate, or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers, will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>Printed handouts of Jasmann\u2019s photo andd demographics are available at the Jamestown Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>More information on registered offenders is available on the Attorney General\u2019s web site: www.sexoffender.nd.gov<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
