Yahoo&#8217;s latest statement does not say whether it has conducted such email scans in the past, or whether that software might exist outside its systems.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, Yahoo <a href=\"http:\/\/bigstory.ap.org\/7279de9a1616471099a180b850a97b0c\/\">said only<\/a> that it complies with U.S. law.
