{"id":108628,"date":"2017-10-30T14:00:16","date_gmt":"2017-10-30T19:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=108628"},"modified":"2017-10-30T14:51:10","modified_gmt":"2017-10-30T19:51:10","slug":"convicted-sex-offender-living-in-jmst-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=108628","title":{"rendered":"Convicted Sex Offender changes Jamestown address"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-108629\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/VondalRichard.jpg\" alt=\"vondalrichard\" width=\"210\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/VondalRichard.jpg 210w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/VondalRichard-153x175.jpg 153w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 210px) 100vw, 210px\" \/>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi) \u00a0The Jamestown Police Department is warning Jamestown residents of a convicted sex offender, who has again changed\u00a0 Jamestown addresses.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Vondal now resides at 606\u00a0 2nd Avenue SW, Jamestown, ND<\/p>\n<p>His vehicle is a 2009 Ford Escape, with ND License Plate now, LV&amp;RV.<\/p>\n<p>He also has a 1991 Bronze Buick Park Ave, with ND License Plate LOB1<\/p>\n<p>Vondal is a 68 year old white male, five feet, four inches tall, weighing 165 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n<p>Vondal has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Level Committee of the office of the North Dakota Attorney General.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted in September of 1999 in Morton County, ND District Court involving fondling at 15 year old girl.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted of sexual assault in September of 1999 in Morton County, ND District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition:\u00a0 five years, five years suspended.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted in July 1996 in Morton County, ND District Court of Gross Sexual Imposition.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: 30 days, two years suspended.<\/p>\n<p>He was convicted in June 1987 in Grand Forks, ND County District Court of Gross Sexual Imposition involving a 12 year old girl.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: 15 years, 8 years suspended.<\/p>\n<p>Vondal is currently on GPS Monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>Vondal is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n<p>This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n<p>Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>Printed handouts of the demographics of Richard Vondal are available at the Jamestown Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>More information on registered sex offenders is available at the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s web site: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sexoffender.nd.gov\">www.sexoffender.nd.gov<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi) \u00a0The Jamestown Police Department is warning Jamestown residents of a convicted sex offender, who has again changed\u00a0 Jamestown addresses.
