(AP) \u2013 An Enderlin man accused in the shooting death of another man in that city last February is to stand trial in March.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Twenty-eight-year-old Paul Miller is charged with murder and reckless endangerment in the death of Billy Holladay.
