Matthew Jacob Lee Graham, is a 28 year old white male, now residing at 1610 Business Loop East\u00a0 No. 14, Jamestown, ND.<\/p>\n

He presently has no vehicle.<\/p>\n

Graham has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Offense: Indecent Exposure involving a five year old male family friend.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date: April 2004, Kidder County, ND<\/p>\n

Disposition: Mesabi Academy treatment facility.<\/p>\n

Graham is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n

Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n
