{"id":113256,"date":"2016-12-22T16:00:08","date_gmt":"2016-12-22T22:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=113256"},"modified":"2016-12-23T16:49:15","modified_gmt":"2016-12-23T22:49:15","slug":"brother-sister-charged-mh-robbery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=113256","title":{"rendered":"Brother &#038; sister charged in M&#038;H robbery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MHarrest.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-113265\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MHarrest-300x202.jpg\" alt=\"mharrest\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MHarrest-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MHarrest-260x175.jpg 260w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/MHarrest.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi) Two Jamestown residents appeared in Southeast District Court Thursday, accused in the November 19, 2016 robbery on the M&amp;H convenience\u00a0 store.<\/p>\n<p>The brother and sister, 28 year old Blaine Rosemore and 23 year old Kayla Kluckman of Jamestown, are charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft of property and theft of property, Class \u201cC\u201d Felonies.<\/p>\n<p>Bond was set at\u00a0 $10,000 unsecured bonds each. \u00a0They were released from the Stutsman County Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p>A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger\u2019s report says, Kluckman was an employee at the store \u00a0at the time of the early morning Saturday robbery and opened the store.<\/p>\n<p>She called police to report the robbery and had said that she was assaulted by a masked man who ordered her into the store where he brandished a gun and stole money.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/MHrobber3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-111225\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/MHrobber3-300x202.png\" alt=\"mhrobber3\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/MHrobber3-300x202.png 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/MHrobber3-260x175.png 260w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/MHrobber3.png 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Jamestown police had released to <a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=111072\">CSiNewsNow<\/a>\u00a0an image of a suspect from the store\u2019s video surveillance system asking the public if they saw anyone in the area at the time of the robbery.<\/p>\n<p>Stutsman County State\u2019s Attorney Fritz Fremgen says Kluckman and Rosemore \u00a0cooperated in \u00a0the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>A Class C felony has a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=111072\" target=\"_blank\">Previous story<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi) Two Jamestown residents appeared in Southeast District Court Thursday, accused in the November 19, 2016 robbery on the M&amp;H convenience\u00a0 store.
