LEGAL COMMITTEE BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The committee recommends the request for permission \u00a0from JSDC to hire a real property appraiser to establish the current market value of the FARRMS property owned by JSDC in Medina.\u00a0 The cost of the appraiser will be paid by FARRMS.<\/p>\n<p>The committee recommends approval of\u00a0 the First Reading of an ordinance to annex the properties in conjunction with the planned\u00a0 road from Menards to JRMC:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All property owned by John and Brenda Corell in the north half of Section 3, Township 139\u00a0 North, Range 64 West, which has not previously been annexed<\/li>\n<li>All property within the Anne Carlson Center 2nd Addition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The committee also\u00a0 recommends approval of the first reading,\u00a0 the confirmation of the assessments for the 2016 Sidewalk, Curb &amp; Gutter District #16-11.<\/p>\n<p>Considered, then moved without recommendation\u00a0 the application of Buffalo Holdings, LLC for an on-off sale Beer, Wine and Sparkling Wine License at 930 25th St SW, Lot 1, Block 1, Verke Liechty Addition (Fairfield Inn).<\/p>\n<p>Considered acceptance and approval of the Regional Storm Sewer Study as prepared by AE2S for the Stutsman County Water Resource Board.<\/p>\n<p>The committee recommends tabling pending more information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Informational: <\/strong>Application to serve on the James River Valley Library Board has been received from Roger Parsons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Informational<\/strong>: Departmental and financial reports were presented.<\/p>\n<p>New Building Inspector Tom Blackmore was introduced.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>BUILDING, PLANNING &amp;
