News)\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, a two vehicle accident Monday (Jan 28, 2013) \u00a0about 5:30 p.m., injured one person.<\/p>\n<p>The report says the accident occurred on North Dakota 13 with the intersection of I-29.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0truck\u00a0pulling \u00a0a tanker trailer\u00a0that was driven \u00a0by 55 year old Donald Glazier of Albert Lea, Minnesota was\u00a0 westbound \u00a0on Highway 13 approaching the interchange with I-29\u00a0 when\u00a0the rig \u00a0collided at a 90 degree angle with a truck towing a flatbed\u00a0operated by 69 year old Terrence Clark of Calgary Alberta, which was crossing Highway 13 headed to the on-ramp of northbound I-29.<\/p>\n<p>Westbound Highway 13 was partially blocked for a time while crews cleaned up the scene.<\/p>\n<p>He\u00a0was cited for failing to yield and was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries and later released.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oakes, ND\u00a0 (KCSi-T.V.
