\"\"Madison, SD (PlayNorthStar.com) The North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) is pleased to announce the 2016-17 Men\u2019s Basketball All-Conference selections and postseason awards.\u00a0 The all-conference and postseason awards were announced at the conclusion of the championship game at Gordon Lozier Center where top-seeded Bellevue (Neb.) cruised to a 74-57 victory over second-seeded Dickinson State Monday evening.<\/p>\n

Bellevue, Dickinson State and Jamestown shared the North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) Men\u2019s Basketball regular-season title with 11-5 record.<\/p>\n

B.J. Shelton of Bellevue was selected to Most Valuable Player and Newcomer of the Year awards.\u00a0 Austin Dunbar of Valley City State was chosen as Defensive Player-of-the-Year.<\/p>\n

Shane Paben of Bellevue was named as the NSAA Men\u2019s Basketball Coach-of-the-Year.<\/p>\n
