\"\"Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Police is warning Jamestown residents regarding a convicted sex offender, living in Jamestown.<\/p>\n

John Michael Fleener resides at 502 24th<\/sup> Street, Southwest, #216, Jamestown, ND<\/p>\n

His vehicles are a green 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix, with ND license 285BCN, and a white 1998 Chevrolet pickup, ND license 106AZP<\/p>\n

Fleener is a 28 year old white male five feet 10 inches tall, weighing 265 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n

He has been assigned a High Risk Assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Offense: A pattern of engaging in fondling a 16 year old co-worker at a fast found restaurant.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date: January 2010 in Barnes County, ND, District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition:\u00a0 18 month, with 16 months suspended, three days credit, two years supervised probation.<\/p>\n

Fleener is on GPS Monitoring.<\/p>\n

Fleener is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the courts.<\/p>\n

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n

Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n
