A date has not been\u00a0 set for a preliminary hearing, arraignment on the charges.<\/p>\n<p>She was arrested after \u00a0a car was driven into a yard striking a \u00a0Southwest resident and the home.<\/p>\n<p>Court documents state that Kinzler told police she thought the car was in reverse when she accelerated.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle allegedly struck one person before striking the house, and a natural gas meter, severing the natural gas line.<\/p>\n<p>The names and addresses of others involved with the incident were not released under provisions of Marsy\u2019s Law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 A 58 year old Jamestown woman has been\u00a0 charged in the Southeast District Court, before Judge Troy LeFevre, after she allegedly struck a woman with a car and caused damage to a house on March 15th.
