The school district issues the contracts as the operating board for James Valley Career &amp; Technology Center.<\/p>\n<p>The School Board was directed to review and recommend what three positions to consider for nonrenewal and present them at a second meeting tentatively scheduled for March 28. At that time hearings will be scheduled for the affected positions, according to Lech\u2019s letter to the School Board.<\/p>\n<p>Lech says, \u201cThe entire process will need to be completed before April 15.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Career &amp; Technology Center is a consortium of Jamestown, Pingree-Buchanan and Montpelier school districts.
