Michael Mills McClary now resides at 216 7th Street, SW Apt No. 5,Jamestown ND<\/p>\n
His vehicles include, a white Pontiac Montana with a ND\u00a0 license 556BXD.<\/p>\n
Another vehicle is a 1996 maroon GEO Prizim, ND License 491CAU.<\/p>\n
McClary is a 54 year old white male five feet nine inches tall weighing 215 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n
McClary has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee of the Office of the North Dakota Attorney General.<\/p>\n
Offense: Gross Sexual Imposition<\/p>\n
Conviction Date: January 2012, in Nelson County, ND, District Court.<\/p>\n
Disposition: Four Counts:\u00a0 10 years, 3 years suspended; 10 years supervised probation, all counts concurrent.<\/p>\n

Offense:\u00a0 Sexual Assault.<\/p>\n
Conviction Date: July, 1997, Saskatchewan Provence, District Court, Canada.<\/p>\n
