(max-width: 210px) 100vw, 210px\" \/>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Police is warning residents of a convicted sex offender living in Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>42 year old Geoffrey Owen Lynch resides at 517 4<sup>th<\/sup> Street, Northwest, Jamestown, ND<\/p>\n<p>Lynch is a 42 year old white male, five feet eight inches tall, weighing 205 pounds with green eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n<p>His vehicle is a black 1985 Chevy half ton pickup with ND license plate:\u00a0 JES357.<\/p>\n<p>Lynch has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Offense: Sexual Imposition involving a female in a camping tent, while Lynch was camping with his family.<\/p>\n<p>Conviction Date: January 2016 in McLean County ND District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition: Three years, 18 months suspended, seven days credit, three years supervised probation.<\/p>\n<p>Offense:\u00a0 Sexual Imposition:\u00a0 Involving intercourse with a 15 year old female, while she was asleep, after providing alcohol to three minors.<\/p>\n<p>Conviction Date:\u00a0 February 2001, Rolette County ND District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposition:\u00a0\u00a0 10 years, three years suspended, three years supervised probation.<\/p>\n<p>Lynch is currently on probation with North Dakota Probation and Parole.<\/p>\n<p>He is currently on GPS monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>Lynch is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed on him by the court.<\/p>\n<p>This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n<p>Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders,
