\"\"Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 Authorities, Tuesday arrested a Minnesota man who was jailed in Jamestown a few days earlier, on Saturday by the Highway Patrol, in connection with a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n

28 year old Justin Hatten of Milica, Minnesota was arrested, Saturday\u00a0 after a vehicle and foot pursuit.<\/p>\n

The pickup truck was allegedly stolen from a location in Hope, North Dakota.<\/p>\n

He was released from jail in Jamestown Monday, after posting a $250 bond.<\/p>\n

Then on Tuesday, Hatten was arrested following being stopped by the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office traveling eastbound on I-94 about a mile east of Jamestown,\u00a0 by Stutsman County Sheriff Deputy Brian Davis.<\/p>\n

The stop was made after it was learned that a white minivan had been stolen from a residential garage, in Jamestown.<\/p>\n

Hatten was was taken into custody without incident.<\/p>\n

He is currently being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center.<\/p>\n

He faces a charge of theft of property, a Class C felony punishable by five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n
