Board member Jay Diemert was not present to vote.<\/p>\n<p>Tanata, said he was upset with the direction of the board, he said some board members may return if things change.<\/p>\n<p>The board voted 5-0 to elect Tina Willason and Kay Benson, both of Jamestown, as board members.
