NDSP has made a minimum of 9,000 units and a maximum of 12,000 units available with the anticipated close of the subscription period on August 31st, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s news release states, \u201cNDSP intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to pay for a portion of the construction and start-up costs of a 125,000 bushel per day soybean crush and refinery facility to be located near <strong>Spiritwood,<\/strong> North Dakota.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The announced refinery will cost $240 million to build, which would then produce soybean meal, refined, bleached and deodorized soybean oil and biodiesel fuel.<\/p>\n<p>Several <strong>meeting<\/strong>s have been planned for \u201caccredited investors\u201d including one at the NDFU Offices <strong>in<\/strong> <strong>Jamestown on June 21, 2017,<\/strong> Delta Hotels by Marriot Fargo June 21st, and \u00a0Great River Energy in Bismarck June 26th.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact Brandy Johnson at 701-368-3131.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bismarck\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 North Dakota Soybean Processors (NDSP), LLC has announced that it had initiated a $120 million non-brokered private placement offering of units of the company.
