Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 The Stutsman County 4-Hers are set for activities before during and after the Stutsman County Fair. 120th Annual Stutsman County fair runs June 28 though July 1, 2017.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday\u2019s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2,\u00a0 NDSU Extension Service, Stutsman County 4-H Progam Coordinator, Robin Barnes highlighted some of the work the 4-Hers do before they open it up to the public.<\/p>\n

They include booth cleanup, and then judging awards, plus demonstrations, showmanship, interviews and more.<\/p>\n

On Friday June 30th<\/sup> it\u2019s the Old Time Showmanship Contest, for those 19 years of age or older.\u00a0 Registration proceed will go to the Stutsman County 4-H Livestock Committee.<\/p>\n

Robin pointed out that the 3rd<\/sup> Annual Wiener Dog Races will be held at the fairgrounds Livestock Arena.<\/p>\n

Registration is at 12:30-p.m., \u00a0with the $5 entry fee going to the 4-H Dog Program.<\/p>\n

The races start at 1:30-p.m.<\/p>\n

She added that dogs may not be a purebred Dachshund to participate.<\/p>\n

Dogs must be leashed, and owners must show proof of rabies inoculation to participate.<\/p>\n
