Present: Trefz, Tressler, Trautman, Bensch, Johnson, Purdy<\/p>\n

Others Present: Reuther, Klundt, Fuchs, Wollan, Harty, Schwartzkopf<\/p>\n

    1. Chairman Trefz called the meeting to order. A motion was made by Johnson to approve the minutes from the January 14, 2013 regular Planning Commission meeting. Seconded by Trautman. Unanimous aye <\/a>voice vote. Motion Carried.<\/li>\n
    2. Public Hearing:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

      Zone Change Request \u2013 South east portion of Proposed Lot 2, Berndt Addition, from M-2 (General Industrial and Manufacturing District) to P-O-C (Public, Open Development and Conservation District).<\/p>\n

      Chairman Trefz opened the public hearing. No one appeared. Chairman Trefz closed the Public Hearing. Bensch made a motion to approve the zone change request, seconded by Johnson. Roll Call showed unanimous aye vote. Motion Carried.<\/p>\n

        1. Discussion relating to the zone change request from Eventide – Lots 1 & 2, Block 4, Hi-Acres Hillcrest Addition from R-1 (One Family Residential District) to P-O-C (Public, Open Development and Conservation District).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

          The Planning Commission held the Public Hearing during last months\u2019 meeting but delayed any action until after Eventide\u2019s neighborhood meetings which are scheduled for February 4th<\/sup> and 8th<\/sup>, 2013.<\/p>\n

          Chairman Trefz stated the applicant has completed the requirements for the R-4 zone designation.<\/p>\n

          Joel Traiser of 1321 2nd<\/sup> St SE asked if there was any more information available relating to the placement and setbacks of the proposed project. The setbacks and alley vacation as shown on the drawings were discussed. P-O-C setbacks were explained by Secretary Wollan.<\/p>\n

          Motion made by Trautman to approve the zone change. Seconded by Tressler. Roll Call showed a unanimous aye vote. Motion Carried.<\/p>\n

            1. Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

              A motion was made by Bensch to postpone the election until all the Planning Commission members could be present. Motion seconded by Purdy. Unanimous aye voice vote. Motion Carried.<\/p>\n

              1. Commission member Purdy made a motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
