{"id":127991,"date":"2017-08-29T11:58:48","date_gmt":"2017-08-29T16:58:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=127991"},"modified":"2017-08-30T07:12:51","modified_gmt":"2017-08-30T12:12:51","slug":"usda-funds-jmst-regional-entrepreneur-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=127991","title":{"rendered":"USDA funds  Jmst Regional Entrepreneur Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-30378\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/USDA-logo-300x202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/USDA-logo-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/USDA-logo-259x175.jpg 259w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/USDA-logo.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Washington (CSi) \u00a0\u2013 US Rep\u00a0Kevin Cramer announced the USDA Rural Development has awarded money to nine different ND.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One of the projects being funded is the Jamestown Regional Entrepreneur Center, as the <a href=\"https:\/\/filemanager.capwiz.com\/filemanager\/file-mgr\/usdarural\/1_ND_Stutsman__University_of_Jamestown_.pdf\">University of Jamestown<\/a> receives $63,415, to provide technical assistance to assist entrepreneurs and innovators in developing and launching successful business in the counties of Wells, Foster, Griggs, Stutsman, Barnes, Logan, LaMoure, McIntosh and Dickey.<\/li>\n<li>Other, Applicant Contribution: $53,357.00<br \/>\nwith the total project cost at $116,772.00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Others funded include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dunn County has been awarded a combined total of $41,096 for two different projects. The <a href=\"https:\/\/filemanager.capwiz.com\/filemanager\/file-mgr\/usdarural\/ND_Dunn__Dunn_County__1.pdf\">first project<\/a> will receive $14,795 for a study on how to improve food production and consumption of local foods. The <a href=\"https:\/\/filemanager.capwiz.com\/filemanager\/file-mgr\/usdarural\/ND_Dunn__Dunn_County__2.pdf\">second project<\/a> will receive $26,301 to determine if it is possible to convert an empty building into a \u201cmixed-use business incubator facility\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/filemanager.capwiz.com\/filemanager\/file-mgr\/usdarural\/ND_Hettinger__Mott__City_of_.pdf\">The City of Mott<\/a> will receive $58,920 to turn an existing building into office space.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/filemanager.capwiz.com\/filemanager\/file-mgr\/usdarural\/ND_Kidder__Tuttle_Betterment_Club_.pdf\">Tuttle Betterment Club<\/a> will receive $44,585 to renovate the old Tuttle School for use as a regional economic development incubator.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/filemanager.capwiz.com\/filemanager\/file-mgr\/usdarural\/ND_Pembina__Pembina_County_Job_Development_Authority_.pdf\">Pebmina County Job Development Authority<\/a> will receive $19,000 for the Northern Red River Valley Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/filemanager.capwiz.com\/filemanager\/file-mgr\/usdarural\/ND_Ramsey__North_Central_Planning_Council_.pdf\">North Central Planning Council<\/a> will receive $253,506 to purchase equipment for Chiptronics, Inc.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/filemanager.capwiz.com\/filemanager\/file-mgr\/usdarural\/ND_Rolette__Turtle_Mountain_Band_of_Chippewa_.pdf\">Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa<\/a> will receive $108,140 to provide training for rural entrepreneurs.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/filemanager.capwiz.com\/filemanager\/file-mgr\/usdarural\/ND_Stark__Roosevelt_Custer_Regional_Council_.pdf\">Roosevelt-Custer Regional Council<\/a> will receive $99,000 to provide resources for local producers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Washington (CSi) \u00a0\u2013 US Rep\u00a0Kevin Cramer announced the USDA Rural Development has awarded money to nine different ND.
