Milton Scott, 80, of Edgeley, ND, died Monday, February 18, 2013 at Manor St. Joseph, Edgeley.<\/p>\n
Milton G. Scott was born on May 14th, 1932\u00a0in LaMoure County,\u00a0ND to Walter and Rose (Pope) Scott.\u00a0 He grew up and completed elementary school in Merricourt, ND and graduated from High School in Edgeley, ND in 1952.\u00a0 Milton grew up and worked on his parents\u2019 farm near Merricourt.\u00a0 In 1975 he bought the farm and continued farming until 1988 when due to health reasons he rented out the land, and remained living there until 1992.\u00a0 Milton became a resident of the Manor St. Joseph in Edgeley where he resided until his death on February 18th, 2013.\u00a0 One of Milts many attributes was being able to visit with anyone and reminisce about the “good old days”.\u00a0 He was very fond of\u00a0animals, especially cats. He had a name for each and every one of them.\u00a0 Milton enjoyed reading books, gardening and helping tend to his mom’s flowers.\u00a0 Milt took part in all community events and enjoyed playing cards at the C-store.<\/p>\n

Grateful for having shared his life are his four brothers, Arnold (Lorine) Scott of Hettinger,ND, Clinton (LaVerne) Scott of Jamestown, ND, Clifford Scott of Denver, CO, Lyle (Joyce) Scott of Dickinson, ND, and Sister-in-law Delores Scott of Miles City, MT. and numerous nieces and nephews.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Preceding Milton in death were his parents, Walter and Rose Scott, his brother, Orvan Scott, and his sister-in-law, Arlene Scott.<\/p>\n

Funeral Service:<\/strong> 10:30 a.m., Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Manor St. Joseph Chapel, Edgeley with Pastor Joddy Meidinger officiating.<\/p>\n Visitation:<\/strong> One hour before the service at the chapel.<\/p>\n Interment:<\/strong> Mt.
