\"\"(CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Police is warning Jamestown Resident of a convicted sex offender living in Jamestown.<\/p>\n

Patrick Lee Leno lives at 2308 Circle Drive, ND State Hospital, Jamestown, ND<\/p>\n

He presently has no vehicle.<\/p>\n

Leno is a 36 year old white male 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He was convicted of child abuse involving a six year old and a three year old girl.<\/p>\n

Conviction date, March 2008 in Burleigh County, North Dakota District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition, 5 years three and a half years suspended.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He was convicted of gross sexual imposition involving a three year old girl.<\/p>\n

He was convicted in March 2008 in Burleigh, North Dakota District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition, 20 years, 12 years suspended, 5 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He was convicted of indecent exposure, involving a 4 year old girl.<\/p>\n

Conviction date, February 12, 2002 in Cass County District Court.<\/p>\n

Dispostion, 1 year with 335 days suspended for 2 days.<\/p>\n

Leno is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n

He is currently on GPS monitoring.<\/p>\n

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n

Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n
