Tom Herzig says, a 2004 Toytota Avalon, operated by\u00a038 year\u00a0old \u00a0Aaron Filbert of Ellendale was northbound on Highway 281 at a high rate of speed when it failed to maneuver a slight curve in the roadway near Edgeley. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled multiple times in the west ditch before striking a frontage road and coming to rest on its wheels.<\/p>\n<p>Filbert suffered serious injuries. He was transported to the JRMC, by Edgeley Ambulance\u00a0then flown to a Fargo hospital.<\/p>\n<p>He was the lone occupant of the car.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle was totaled.<\/p>\n<p>The report says DUI charges have been filed.<\/p>\n<p>The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n<p>Assisting at the scene were LaMoure County Sheriff&#8217;s Department, \u00a0Dickey County Sheriff&#8217;s Department, and\u00a0Edgeley Fire and Rescue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Edgeley\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 An Ellendale man\u00a0 was seriously injured in a \u00a0one vehicle crash about 9:41-p.m., Saturday, on Highway 281 on the south side of Edgeley.
