Lt. Syd Mann says, her vehicle was pulled over for a routine traffic stop and she was taken into custody.<\/p>\n

Leavy, from Jamestown,\u00a0 was taken to the Stutsman County Correctional Center.<\/p>\n

She was arrested for, 24\/7 Violation (Drug Patch), DUS- 4th in 5 years, False Info to LE, Fleeing A Police Officer- Vehicle, FTA on Poss CTRL Sub (Meth), FTA on Poss CTRL Sub (Prescription), FTA on Poss Drug Para (Meth)<\/p>\n

Bond was set at $500.<\/p>\n

Mann says police thank the public for calling in tips when she was seen in Jamestown.<\/p>\n

She was the subject of a vehicle pursuit on Monday night May 7th<\/sup> when she eluded police.<\/p>\n

Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Police is asking for the public’s assistance, in locating a Person of Interest, who was the subject of a pursuit, Monday evening, May 7th.<\/p>\n

Jamestown Assistant Police Chief, Justin Blinsky says, 31 year old Amanda Leavy of Jamestown is being sought, for questioning concerning the pursuit that started Monday just after 10-p.m., starting in Southeast Jamestown, traveling past Hillcrest Golf Course, with the pursuit lasting about 10 minutes, last seen eastbound on I-94, operating from the Spiritwood Exit.<\/p>\n

Police attempted to stop her car to question her concerning possible outstanding warrants and under suspicion that her\u00a0 driver\u2019s license had been suspended.<\/div>\n

The report says, she failed to stop and the pursuit began, during the time of rain and a thunderstorm in Jamestown .<\/p>\n

The North Dakota Highway Patrol assisted\u00a0 Jamestown Police Department in a search of the area but were unable to find the car.<\/p>\n
