Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 With donations still coming in, the 11th Annual Running of the Pink, held on June 2nd came in with a record breaking 710 event registrants.<\/p>\n

Tara Kapp from R.M. Stoudt says the \u00a0Running of the Pink Committee members have always made it a goal to top previous years\u2019 numbers little by little so this year they had hoped to hit 600.\u00a0 2017 saw 567 registrants and 2016 with 589 (which was the record to beat).<\/p>\n

Tara says \u201cWe are incredibly humbled by the outpouring of support, especially on such a cold and windy day!\u201d<\/p>\n

Online race results are available at www.onlineraceresults.com<\/a> and the direct link to the event results can be found on both the ROP and RM Stoudt Facebook pages.<\/p>\n

Donations are still coming in but to-date, donations, sponsorships and registrations have topped $19,850.\u00a0 A final total will be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n

The proceeds raised go toward the Women\u2019s Way program for breast and cervical cancer screenings for women who are under insured, or have no insurance coverage.<\/p>\n
