(AP) \u2014 North Dakota has its first West Nile virus-related death of the year.<\/p>\n<p>The Health Department says the victim was a man older than 60 who lived in the northwestern part of the state. He wasn&#8217;t named.<\/p>\n<p>Symptoms of the mosquito-borne virus include fever, headache, body aches and rash. Most infected people don&#8217;t get sick, but the elderly and people with other health issues are more at risk.<\/p>\n<p>There have been 148 confirmed West Nile cases in the state this year.
