Jamal Joel Anderson lives at 415 2nd<\/sup> Street Southwest Jamestown, ND<\/p>\n

He presently has no vehicle.<\/p>\n

He is a 38 year old black male, five feet seven inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.<\/p>\n

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Offense:\u00a0 Corrupt-Solicitation of a Minor, involving a 16 year old female.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date: February 2002, in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition: 30 days.<\/p>\n

Offense: Sexual Assault, concerning the rape of a 15 year old by Anderson and another adult male.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date: March 1999, in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition:\u00a0 30 days.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Offense:\u00a0 Aggravated Assault.<\/p>\n

Anderson struck a 17 year old male with a baseball bat, requiring stitches to close a wound on the male\u2019s face.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date: March 1999, in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition: five years, five years suspended , supervised probation.<\/p>\n

Anderson is currently on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation.<\/p>\n

Anderson is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.<\/p>\n

Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n
