DeBoer, who served as CEO from April 2014 to August 2018.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"p402_premium\">\n<div class=\"node-body\">\n<p>Delfs has several years of medical and medical administration experience in the Upper Midwest. He started his career as a certified nursing assistant and gradually worked his way to CEO, most recently at Mercy Hospital, a critical access hospital in Moose Lake, Minn.<\/p>\n<p>Delfs was interested in JRMC because of its work culture and award-winning care in serving approximately 55,000 people in nine counties, said Patrick Nygaard, chair of the JRMC Board.
