Before and after, the plungers hit the water the air temperature was two above zero with a bone chilling 21 below wind chill.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday\u2019s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, Don Wegner said, the event starts at 10 am with the table registration, and donations turned in, with a silent auction and the chili feed will follow.
