The driver of the vehicle refused to stop and traveled south out of Jamestown on U.S. Highway 281.<\/p>\n<p>The pursuit went on along\u00a0 Highway 281 and Stutsman County gravel roads west of the highway.<\/p>\n<p>Speeds reach up to 100 mph until it was terminated at 12:13 a.m. Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown Police\u00a0 was assisted by the Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office, and the North Dakota Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n<p>The incident remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Assistant Police Chief, Major Justin Blinsky reports that a pursuit by law enforcement was terminated late Tuesday evening,\u00a0 when it was deemed that speeds and road conditions posed safety concerns.
