Jamestown (Chamber Release)\u00a0 Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for September to Boya Quichocho of Two Rivers Activity Center for his outstanding customer service.\u00a0 The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.<\/p>\n
Boya\u2019s letter of nomination stated, \u201cI\u2019m a frequent TRAC user during the summer. My kids attend Adventure Space which is the only reason I am able to work out. During the school year I seem to only be good at getting my family and I to the gym on the weekend. On Saturday, it had been a rough early morning in our house.<\/p>\n
I was looking forward to dropping my kids off and hitting a class. I\u2019d called ahead for a reservation the day before, but when I arrived the daycare worker was not there. Once the worker was 5 minutes late, Boya jumped on the phone to get someone in. He could have just apologized and worked to remedy the problem as soon as he could. Boya asked me if I was trying to make it to a fitness class and offered to jump in and watch adventure space kids (and at that time he didn\u2019t even know if he would be able to find a daycare worker). It was exactly the help I needed on a rough parenting day for me. Thank you for going the extra mile.<\/p>\n
