Michael Allan Nelson has been assigned a High Risk Assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee, of the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office.<\/p>\n
Nelson resides at 1018 4th Avenue Southwest, Room 20, Jamestown Motel, Jamestown, ND<\/p>\n
Nelson is a 29 year old white male, five feet nine inches tall, weighing 185 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair.<\/p>\n
He presently has no vehicle.<\/p>\n
Offense:<\/p>\n
Corruption\/Solicitation of a Minor, involving drinking alcohol with a 14 year old girl and then having intercourse with her. The two had not been dating before the incident.<\/p>\n
Conviction Date: December 2009 in Barnes County District Court.<\/p>\n
Disposition:\u00a0 365 days, 121 days credit.<\/p>\n
Nelson is currently on probation with North Dakota Probation and Parole.<\/p>\n
Nelson is not wanted by police at this time, and has served the sentences imposed by the Court.<\/p>\n
