{"id":163803,"date":"2019-02-03T14:38:38","date_gmt":"2019-02-03T20:38:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=163803"},"modified":"2019-02-04T09:00:34","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T15:00:34","slug":"arrest-made-in-late-saturday-night-incident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=163803","title":{"rendered":"Arrest made in late Saturday night incident"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"node-body\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Hall-Danielle-Yvonne.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-163808 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Hall-Danielle-Yvonne-150x112.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"112\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown\u00a0 police arrested a\u00a0female early Sunday on suspicion of aggravated assault\u00a0stemming from\u00a0an incident, involving a weapon,\u00a0reported Saturday, night,\u00a0in Northwest Jamestown<\/p>\n<p>Assistant Police Chief Major Justin Blinsky says\u00a0the call came in just before 11\u00a0p.m., to\u00a0the residence.<\/p>\n<p>A 26 year-old man was\u00a0taken to \u00a0Jamestown Regional Medical Center for injuries\u00a0he received\u00a0in the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Blinsky says, \u201cDuring the course of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for the residence where the crime was believed to have been committed. Due to the possible safety risks to officers and the seriousness of the offense, the James-Valley Special Operations Team was activated to carry out the warrant.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"p402_premium\">\n<div class=\"node-body\">\n<p>At about 5 a.m. Sunday, the search warrant was executed at 814 4th Avenue, \u00a0Northwest. Three subjects were located inside the residence and were detained.\u00a0When the residence was secured and deemed safe by the James Valley Special Operations Team, it was turned over to investigating officers for further processing.<\/p>\n<p>Arrested \u00a0was 44 year old\u00a0 Danielle Yvonne Hall, of Jamestown, on suspicion of aggravated assault and suspicion of possessing marijuana paraphernalia.<\/p>\n<p>She\u00a0was remanded to\u00a0the Stutsman County Correctional Center and awaiting formal charges.<\/p>\n<p>Assisting Jamestown Police were:\u00a0 The James Valley Special Operations Team, the Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Department and the North Dakota Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Jamestown Police Department at 252-2414.<\/p>\n<p>The incident remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown\u00a0 police arrested a\u00a0female early Sunday on suspicion of aggravated assault\u00a0stemming from\u00a0an incident, involving a weapon,\u00a0reported Saturday, night,\u00a0in Northwest Jamestown Assistant Police Chief Major Justin Blinsky says\u00a0the call came in just before 11\u00a0p.m., to\u00a0the residence.
