\"\"Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Police warns the public of a convicted sex offender residing in Jamestown.<\/p>\n

Allen Ray Kerns currently lives at 1530 6th<\/sup> Avenue, SW, upstairs apartment, Buffalo Motel, Jamestown, ND<\/p>\n

Kerns is a 57 year old white male, six feet tall, weighing 195 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair.<\/p>\n

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Offense: Surreptitious Intrusion as police received a report of a man looking through college dorm windows from a vehicle parked on the street, and when police arrived he was still looking through the windows with binoculars.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date: August 2012, in Stark County District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition: Five years supervised probation.<\/p>\n

Offense:\u00a0 Sexual Assault, Carnal Abuse.\u00a0 Kerns caused a nine year old girl to engage in oral sex with him.\u00a0 He confessed after failing a polygraph about the allegation.<\/p>\n

Conviction Date: March 1995,\u00a0 in Lincoln District Court, in Nebraska.<\/p>\n

Disposition, not available.<\/p>\n

Kerns is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n
