News) &#8212; The Jamestown Arts Center is presenting the &#8220;Orchestra of Fes,&#8221; on Saturday April 27, 2013, at 7:30-p.m., at Jamestown College\u2019s Reiland Fine Arts Center.<\/p>\n<p>The sounds of Morocco, will be performed by the world-renowned Orchestra of Fes.<\/p>\n<p>Audiences will experience the melodies that inspire dancing in the streets of Fes, Rabat and Casablanca.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday\u2019s (Apr 18, 2013) Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, Arts Center Director, Taylor Barnes said, the Orchestra combines Arab and Andalusian classical music.<\/p>\n<p>She noted that singer Francoise Atan, will not be able to perform due to illness.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Barnes added that the performers, a part of Caravanserai will host workshops for Jamestown students during their time in Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>She added that Sabir\u2019s in Valley City will host a dinner for the peformers.<\/p>\n<p>Locally the appearance of Caravanserai is made possible by local partners including Jamestown College, Jamestown Public Schools, Temple Baptist Church, and the Jamestown Rotary Club.<\/p>\n<p>Local and state funding comes from Jamestown Tourism and the North Dakota Council on the Arts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jamestownartscenter.us5.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=8c0ad68f663e0704f932013e0&amp;id=9788e9b6e6&amp;e=3e8256cf05\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Click here for more about Caravanserai &amp; the artists<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u3000 Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
