Once operational, the cancer center will help more than 100 patients each month, saving more than 160,000 miles of travel each year.<\/p>\n<p>Those miles matter, Jungels said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a huge win for JRMC and the Jamestown community,\u201d Jungels said. \u201cThank you to Reuben and Clarice Liechty. This gift will make THE difference in patient care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Reuben and Clarice Liechty have a legacy of giving in the Jamestown area, supporting several nonprofit organizations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReuben and I enjoy giving,\u201d Clarice said. \u201cThank you to all those who are working to bring more healthcare services to our community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>JRMC has worked to bring cancer care to Jamestown since it moved to its new location in southwest Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur community is so fortunate,\u201d Jungels said. \u201cThank you to the Liechtys for inspiring giving throughout the decades.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Giving Hearts Day is a 24-hour, online giving event that helps change and save lives.
