News)\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0 The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a pickup pulling a concession trailer operated by 33 year olf Tericia Mitchell of Seattle, WA was totaled\u00a0 on Sunday (Apr 14, 2013 about 12:45-p.m. on I-94, 5 miles east of Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle was westbound on the right lane and crested a hill.\u00a0 Light snowfall and blowing snow caused a buildup of ice on the road.\u00a0 A strong northeast wind slid the trailer into the left lane.\u00a0 The driver attempted to correct the vehicle.\u00a0 The truck and trailer slid into the median and rolled.\u00a0 The truck came to rest on its top with its rear bumper elevated into the air as the trailer came to rest on its rear with the hitch upward.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Safety chains kept the units connected.\u00a0 Seat belts protected the occupants.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Neither Mitchell nor a passenger, 56 year old Suzette Dutton were injured.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
