A native of Grand Forks, Dvorak graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He began his career with the NDHP in 2002.<\/p>\n<p>After graduating from the Law Enforcement Training Academy, Dvorak served as a trooper in Finley, Grafton, and Grand Forks.Dvorak was promoted to Sergeant in 2013 and served as a regional sergeant in Williston, he then served in Fargo and most recently in Grand Forks. Dvorak will serve as the Assistant Operations Commander stationed at NDHP headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>He will also continue to serve as a member of the Emergency Response team.
