(AP) \u2013 Governor Jack Dalrymple has signed into law a measure that outlaws abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy. The law signed yesterday is another bill passed this session meant to challenge the U.S. Supreme Court\u2019s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling.
