(AP) &#8211; More than a year after flooding along the Souris River in North Dakota, a fund set up to help Minot recover has doled out more than $4.3 million to flood victims.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Minot Area Recovery Fund flood expense reimbursement process started in mid-November. More than 2,400 households ended up receiving expenses reimbursements.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As the fund focuses more on rebuilding, the organization&#8217;s board of directors has decided to change the name to the Minot Area Rebuilding Fund.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Souris River last year swamped more than 4,000 homes and businesses in North Dakota&#8217;s fourth-largest city.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MINOT, N.D.
